I was in the market for my first battery powered lawnmower and garden tools and decided to check out Bunnings Victoria Park. However, they didn't have all the attachments I needed and recommended I go to their Belmont location. Unfortunately, even there, the salesperson's options would have required me to purchase extra batteries and therefore added expense. That's when I stumbled upon TKD, just across the road. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Russell, unlike Bunnings where I spent 10 minutes looking for a Salesperson who could help me. After explaining what I was looking for, Russell showed me all the best options and I was impressed with both the quality of the tools and the exceptional service I received. Thanks to Russell, who is truly an asset to TKD, I will definitely be returning there for future gardening and trade tools instead of going to Bunnings.

Poped in there on the weekend to see the new store i was amazed how organised, clean and tidy it was.A lot of offers and the staffs were amazing. Spoke to the guy who does the repairs, he said they service and repair any brand tools which sounded awesome.

Quite a good sized store with a huge variety of tools and accessories from a wide variety of well known brands. Store is well laid out and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are quite reasonable and on par or better than similar stores. Still stocking some areas but will surely improve once freight is better.

Mandeep and the team at repairs were awesomely helpful with a challenging situation, also I will be moving a significant part of my business away from ‘the big players’ to TKD as I felt like a valued customer rather than just a number in line. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend giving this new outfit a go!
