Had a part ordered in only to have to follow up 3 times where the part was after being told it'll be there the next day. Ended up shopping else where, poor communication.*EDIT* (as your staff seem to be miss-leading you)This item WAS promised next day as your team member explicitly said We have 2 in stock at our main depot
