Ordered a tool box through here in may and only just received the last of it today mid august. The box was missing tools and bonus item. When going through the process to get this the staff was very un helpful in keeping me up to date with what’s happening. I had to make all the phone calls and when they said they would get on it and let me know I would never hear back. Horrible customer service and will never shop with them again.

Brodie a customer service rep has chased up a warranty claim for myself from a manufacture without fault, he hasn’t been a pleasant to deal with and will be purchasing from Sydney tools Rockingham again

told them and showed them what a wanted still managed to order wrong part then told Mr they charge a restocking fee now been 3 weeks waiting on the right part and still no sign of it hopeless

Thought it would be great having this online behemoth locally. However, the Rockingham store never appears to have the stock I'm after. I have also noticed lots of prices missing and the layout generally disorganised. It is fairly new though, so hopefully they can get it up to scratch in the near future.

This company are all smiles when taking your money, they are no help at all when something goes wrong.I have been waiting over 8 weeks for a refund due to a faulty piece of equipment.I'd avoid buying here if you want customer service and the reassurance that if your tools break down within the warranty period they will get it sorted for you. Spend with a different company that back the products they sell.
